We offer two distinct warranty options at Cameraguide.pk, with the applicable policy dependent on the specific product purchased and the terms in effect at the time of sale. To help us assist you efficiently, please have your packaging details readily available when reviewing our policies below.

Cameraguide.pk 1-Year Service Warranty

We are committed to resolving any issues you encounter with our products. Our in-house certified technical team is available at our main Karachi office to provide support. We offer a one-year limited warranty on electronic items and other select products sold at Cameraguide.pk.

To streamline your warranty claim, please locate the order number on your invoice and provide it when contacting us.

Important: If your product is not an electronic item, please confirm if it includes a warranty before completing your purchase.

Under our 1-year service warranty, we do not replace items that malfunction. This warranty exclusively covers the labor costs for repairs. Any necessary replacement components will be billed directly to you. We will proceed with the full repair only after we’ve received your payment and approval. The entire labor cost of the repair is covered by Cameraguide.pk.

Cameraguide.pk reserves the right to deny warranty claims if the product has been damaged, altered, or modified due to misuse, abuse, attempted repair, or customer rework. If a product cannot be repaired under our service warranty, no replacement unit will be issued.

Our Famous Cameraguide.pk 7-Day Replacement Policy

Our 7-day replacement policy has revolutionized online photography shopping in Pakistan. We were the first store in Pakistan to offer a fully functional returns policy, a trend many of our competitors have since followed to ensure customer confidence across the country.

This groundbreaking policy provides a full 7-day replacement for all our products, ensuring that the item you purchased online is free from manufacturing faults or defects. If you report an issue within the first 7 days via email at contact@cameraguide.pk or by calling 0320-0210249, your product will be replaced immediately.

Upon delivery, please inspect your items for any physical faults. Our policy covers visible physical faults that are not easily spotted; however, claims for scratches or dents are not covered under our 7-day return policy. If our staff delivers your order, please check the product before making payment.

If your items are delivered by courier (e.g., TCS) and you are not permitted to open the package, you must report any issues on the day you receive your item. All concerns must be reported via telephone or email.

Please note: Items must be in unused condition and include all original tags and packaging. If the original packaging is removed, discarded, or broken, the replacement product’s packaging may be adjusted accordingly.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Before contacting our support department or filing a warranty claim, we highly recommend searching online forums for solutions to any issues you’re experiencing with your product. Often, fixes or explanations for common problems are readily available.

If you’ve conducted a thorough search and your problem persists, please call our support team directly at 0320-0210249 or email us at contact@cameraguide.pk. If we are unable to resolve your issue and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, our support team will provide instructions for returning your unit for replacement or repairs.

Once your product is received, we will, at our discretion, ship a replacement to you, with all postage/shipping fees covered by us. If repairs are required, we will update you within 10 working days of receiving your item. All returns must include a Return Request Number (RRN), which you can obtain by logging into your account on our website, navigating to the “My Account Section,” and submitting a “Return Request” from your completed orders.

Cameraguide.pk reserves the right to send a replacement product that is the same, of a similar style, or a substitute equivalent (depending on availability). Replacement products are furnished on an exchange basis only. Replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period, dated from the original purchase date.

Please note: Your item is not covered under any of our warranty policies if a backfire or any issue is originating from your power supply.

Buying a Product with “No Warranty”

If you purchase a product on the Cameraguide.pk website without an explicit warranty, we want to assure you that these products undergo the same rigorous quality checks as our entire product range that comes with a 1-year Cameraguide.pk warranty. Furthermore, these “no warranty” items are still covered by our 7-day replacement policy.
